Purchasing a product on Shopavenue.net is a simple, clearly guided process that is completed in just a few steps. Once you’ve added an item to your basket, you’ll see an order summary, along with any recommended accessories for your purchase. You can choose to continue shopping, save your basket or begin checkout. Click “BEGIN CHECKOUT” and you will follow these steps:
- Shipping and billing: Select a shipping method, and enter shipping and billing information. If desired, you can add gift messaging to your order from this page
- Payment: Select your payment method
- Review and complete order: Review your order, including shipping and payment information. Complete your order by clicking the “COMPLETE YOUR ORDER” button
- Order confirmation: Once submitted, you’ll receive an order confirmation number to help you track your order

How will I know whether my order has been shipped?
When you place an order on Shopavenue.net, we’ll send you an email confirmation to let you know when it’s been shipped and is headed on its way to you.
When will I receive my order?
Most of our products have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Depending on your location in the world, some products may arrive in 4-6 weeks. See Delivery policy for more information.
What sort of order confirmation will I receive?
Once you select Place Order at the end of the checkout process, we will confirm your transaction with an order number.
We recommend that you print and save a copy of this page for your records. With your permission, we’ll also send you an order confirmation by email.
You can use the order number later to track the status of your shipment. Visit Track Your Order to check shipping status and other order details.
What if I receive damaged product?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
How can I cancel my order?
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether your order has shipped or not. Unless there was an issue with your order (missing, damaged, incorrect) you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

How can I return a product?
- E-mail our service department including your name, order number OR product name and phone number. A customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1 business day.
- You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, however, we require a return tracking number on all returns. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouses.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified on your return packing slip. Credits are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of return.
